rude_not_ginger. Set after Children of Earth and incorporating current DW canon up to Waters of Mars. Jack and the Doctor have many adventures with epic occurrences. Love and sadness and all those other wonderful things. Master post with links to all threads is here.
Benchmark
Written withambitious_woman. Set after Children of Earth. Jack fixes his vortex manipulator and travels back to 18th Century Earth where he meets Reinette. They find that they have more in common than they might realise. Master post with links to all threads is here.
Last Resort
Written withbest_served_hot. AU from after Last of the Time Lords, where the Master didn't die but instead ended up in an institution. Months down the line and the Doctor goes missing and Jack as a last resort goes to the only man who he knows might be able to help.
Family Ties
Written withalicecarter. Snapshots between Jack and Alice that could (so far) be inserted into canon as missing scenes.

Nightmare
Written withbest_served_hot. Set mid series 2, wherein while on the Valiant the Master seeded his conciousness into Jack's mind in case anything went wrong and he is now slowly taking him over from within his dreams.
Filling in the Gaps
Written withhofficoffi. Largely written off-journal (though with a recent aim to bring it over). Starting from Ianto being hired and up to late series 2, filling in the gaps between episodes, and providing missing scenes. (♥)
Lisa-verse
Also written withhofficoffi and completely off-journal. Where Jack went and recruited both Ianto and Lisa from Torchwood One and took them to Cardiff prior the battle of Canary Wharf. Includes friendship, sexual tension, and epically sad deaths.
