Maybe it was just me, but the new ones also looked like they put on a few pounds. They were certainly wider than the original ones.

Yeah I'm really not personally a fan of the new design at ALL. They look like bumper cars.

They're... okay, but I'm not sure why the redesign was needed. I mean, yes, I understand their need to evolve to become stronger. But. Really, I don't know. It's so bizarre.

Although, since they do look like bumper cars, I wouldn't mind seeing that ride in a carnival where the cars are the Daleks instead.
